Dixie Gillaspie (Dixie Dynamite)
I coach entrepreneurs to blast through their brick walls and tap into their own passion and purpose.
One of the main resources I use in my coaching practice is the Five Laws of Stratospheric Success as outlined in The Go-Giver and Go-Givers Sell More by Bob Burg and John David Mann. (http://www.thegogiver.com/)
I have had the privilege of working with the blessing and collaboration of these two authors, to develop coaching programs based on the Five Laws. I was also the first to be certified as a ‘Burg Consultant’, speaking about and teaching from The Go-Giver books as well as Bob’s other materials, including his first bestseller, Endless Referrals.
I work from three basic principles:
1.) Powerful questions yield powerful answers – answers to these questions provide the firepower to move your life and business forward in quantum leaps. Blast Thru Coaching(TM) sessions are always based around Four Questions to get you blasting through any brick walls that stand between you and your success.
2.) People who develop powerful connections internally and externally – with their own minds and hearts and with the world around them – also develop powerful lives and businesses. Connecting you to your Passion and Purpose and using that connection to develop your Presence, Promise and Platform will help position you to explode your personal and professional growth.
3.) People who put the 5 Laws of Stratospheric Success into action – as outlined in the bestselling book by Bob Burg and John David Mann, The Go-Giver, and the follow up hit Go-Givers Sell More do, in fact, achieve stratospheric success.
I coach for the same reasons I have coaches in my life and business. Because we all need the outside perspective, the person who has played the game before us and can point out our winning moves and the habits that lose us points. I coach because that is what I am, that is how I achieve my purpose, and that is how I impact the world.
